Toy Guns Kill Anyway

Two boys survived a police encounter while playing with a BB gun.

I don't agree with some of the officer's choice of words, but I agree with the message.

I hope the officer gets to keep his job.

The last officer I read about that didn't shoot the kid with the BB gun got fired for not killing that kid.

This is a happier ending. This is a model encounter of de-escalation.

Keep up the good work, officer.
